Concierge treatment at its best, patients can visit the private office in Wellington, or opt for at home visits and telehealth allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own home while becoming the best you that you can be.

Your premier provider in the Palm Beach area, Allegiant Concierge Psychiatry was founded by Michael Smith, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC who has an extensive background not only in clinical psychiatry, but also in executive leadership at many of the local hospitals leaving him well versed in all areas of mental health. His board certification allows him to see patients across the entire lifespan including adult, pediatric, and geriatric psychiatry. Michael has always been a firm believer that psychiatry is the most intimate of all of the medical specialties, and thus not only wants to treat your symptoms, but getting to know his patients is crucial in fostering and developing a strong therapeutic alliance with his patients.

Services are available on-call in a variety of settings due to being a fully concierge practice. This allows your provider to utilize an integrative approach to therapy that might otherwise be limited by the confines of a typical therapy office. While all psychotherapy performed at Allegiant Concierge Psychiatry is rooted in evidence-based practices, no two clients are treated the same. Welcome to truly personalized treatment. With extensive connections to others in the community, Michael has been able to integrate a vast array of services into his practice including equine therapy, sober living, safe locale living for abused women, physical therapy, legal psychiatric services, documentation needed for FMLA, disability, work/school, second opinions, as well as connections with local cannabis providers for those who wish to obtain a legal medical marijuana card.
